Jiffy Articles is an article writing software created by Jonathan Leger, the creator of Instant Article Wizard and The Best Spinner. This tool allows you to choose article templates in many different niches, and write articles faster.
I write a lot of content myself and I usually don’t face writer’s block, but I must recognize that these templates make it even easier and faster for me to write articles on niche topics.
How does Jiffy Articles work?
Basically, you choose a topic (SEO, article marketing, acne, home improvement, dog training, or any other topic), and then you choose a template among hundreds of them. There are more than 5000 templates currently (November 21st) in 56 niches and sub-niches, and more to come.
The markets covered by this tool are Business and Internet Marketing, Finance, Health, Home & Family, Recreation, Shopping, and Society.
Here are for example the numbers of templates you can choose from for the following popular niches:
- Internet Marketing: 290 templates
- SEO: 200 templates
- Affiliate marketing: 220 templates
- Weight loss: 350 templates
- Nutrition: 120 templates
- Fitness: 200 templates
- Skin care: 150 templates
There are also about 100 Generic templates you can use for about any niche.
The template consists in suggestions for title, introduction, paragraphs, and conclusion.
Here is how it works: once you have chosen you category, you choose your template and you can start writing your article. You can choose between the Plain text editor or the Rich Text editor (if you want to format your article).
Here is what a template looks like: you first have the Title and Introduction, with the suggested ideas in blue…
… and then you have all the ideas for your paragraphs. For each paragraph of your article, you read the idea suggested by the template and you write your own paragraph based on this. You can use every idea or change them or skip them. You can make the paragraphs long or short, there is no rule or limit. You then write your conclusion and you can use the Resource box field if you wish.
You have a Word Count at the bottom of the article so you can monitor the length of your article and make it shorter or longer.
You then click on Create My Article, and on the following screen you have the option to Check spelling and grammar and then download your article in a .txt file. There is also a Post to blog function.
If you are short on time, you also have the option to get your articles written by Jonathan’s team, based on the template of your choice. The current price is $1 per 100 words, so for a 500 word article you would pay $5. I haven’t tested it; I think that if you want to outsource your article writing you don’t necessarily need a template, however the option is here if you want to use it.
What I like About Jiffy Articles
Can you really write articles faster with Jiffy Articles? Well the answer is yes, definitely. I have just written a 450 word article in one of my niches in exactly 10 minutes (this would have taken me about 20-25 minutes normally, especially on a Monday morning 
).
Using templates is great to write articles FASTER: you don’t have to do any research and organize your ideas, this is done for you. You can do research if you don’t know your niche, of course, but people usually know their niche enough to be able to write articles using these pre-written templates.
Using these templates allows you to write QUALITY, UNIQUE articles: quality because the templates are good and you can thus easily provide value to your readers, and unique because you write everything yourself.
The great thing is you can copy paste or download the template in plain text format and OUTSOURCE the writing to your article writer. This way it is easier for your writer to write the article and you really get what you want in terms of structure and content.
What Could Be Improved With Jiffy Articles
For the moment the only thing in my opinion that could be improved is keyword management. Let’s say you want to write an article about article marketing tips. You can either search the whole template database with your keyword or pick a template that has the keyword in the title. This works fine.
But once you start to write the article there is nothing that tells you if you actually have your keyword in the article. This is actually not a major feature but could be improved. I have suggested this improvement to Jonathan so we’ll see what happens.
My Recommendation for Jiffy Articles
I have tested the product during this beta pre-launch phase and I highly recommend the product because it is a real time and money saver. It is being launched at a discounted once time yearly fee, which is a bargain.
If you write your articles yourself, this can tremendously improve your productivity. You WILL save time and can then use your time for money-producing activities.
If you outsource your articles, you can use the service that Jonathan offers, or just send templates to your outsourcer and negotiate a lower fee per article because your writer will also save time and write the articles faster. You can easily save a couple or more dollars per article, and if you do so, you may thus make your investment back with just about 30-40 articles.
